Getting started
SSP offers and online clinical governance gap analysis where we review the 6 pillars of clinical governance. Consider it a health check for your team's medical department! In this 90 minute online consultation we will review your current clinical governance processes and give you a status update on what you are doing well and highlighting areas you need to address. After the consultation you will get a written report for your own records or management.
Governance Implementation
Building clinical governance into your clinic
SSP offer a bespoke, in-person, in-depth consultation and framework where we create a clinical governance implementation plan. We offer an onsite visit where we get to know you, the team and your needs. You will be provided with expert guidance, a framework, policies and timeline to address your clinical governance needs. We normally support clubs through a one year clinical governance transformation process but this can be tailored depending on your needs and budget
